Skyworks Solutions Inc. SKY1224x SPDT Switches are compact and integrated high-power Single-Pole Double-Throw (SPDT) switches with a driver circuit for TD-LTE applications. These switches operate with single 5V supply and switches with a single control voltage (0V to 3V). The SKY1224x switches feature low TX/RX insertion loss, high isolation with DC power consumption, and requires minimal external components, enabling smaller PCB footprint.
