Crowd Supply ACUSIS Audio IC Development Tool
Crowd Supply ACUSIS is a solution for improving the audio quality of speech-recognition or a video communications project. Because of its advanced beam-forming microphone, Acusis is designed to capture normal speaking volume from across a room. Acusis can also remove echos from a microphone, significantly reducing feedback in voice/video conferencing. The device is a linear array rather than circular, which makes it suitable for mounting on a monitor or TV. Acusis can be attached to a computer, Raspberry Pi, or custom system via USB. Using the XMOS XVF3000 single chip, Acusis can hook up to four product data management (PDM) microphones, USB, and audio output. Acusis also has a digital signal processor (DSP) to run algorithms for beamforming and echo cancellation.
